Mrs. Silver is a cum laude graduate of George Washington University, where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology. She received her Juris Doctorate from The Villanova School of Law. She served an internship with the Honorable Magistrate Judge Peter Scuderi of the Eastern District Court of Pennsylvania. Mrs. Silver co-founded the firm with her husband, Mike, in 1981.
From 1980-1986, Mrs. Silver was employed as Associate General Counsel for the Fidelity Mutual Life Insurance Company. For the past 35 years, she has represented injured parties in personal injury claims and has recovered millions of dollars for seriously injured plaintiffs and their families.
Mrs. Silver was named a Top Personal Injury Lawyer by Main Line Today Magazine for 15 consecutive years. Silver & Silver was named Best Law Firm by the Main Line Times Readers Choice Awards and Small Business of the Year by the Main Line Chamber of Commerce. Silver & Silver was also named the Top Lawyers of Montgomery County for Personal Injury, Disability, and Litigation in 2022.
Mrs. Silver was named Volunteer of the Year for Friends’ Central School, and has assisted with Annual fundraising for both Friends’ Central School in Wynnewood, PA, and Amherst College in Western Massachusetts. She was the Volunteer Coordinator for the International Maccabi Games that were held in Philadelphia and was active with The Arthur Ashe Youth Tennis & Education Center, a non-profit organization. She is a past member of the Women’s Board of Directors of the Jewish Federation and was an active member of the Young Women’s Division. The Silvers have three sons.
