SSD, SSI & Disability Appeals
Our attorneys help clients with Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI), including initial applications, denied claims and appeals, medical evidence and documentation, Social Security deadlines and requirements, administrative hearings, and SSDI eligibility questions.
The Social Security Disability process can be difficult to understand, especially when you are already dealing with a medical condition that prevents you from working. You don’t have to figure it out alone. Tell us what’s happening, and we’ll help you understand your options.
Was Your Disability Claim Denied?
A denial does not necessarily mean your case is over.
Social Security Disability appeals have strict deadlines, and the process can become complicated quickly. Our attorneys can review your denial, identify issues with your claim, help strengthen your medical evidence, and represent you throughout the appeals process.
If you’ve been denied, call us before your appeal deadline passes.
